Judging Criteria
A diverse panel of judges will select a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. There will also be a Viewers Choice Winner.

First Prize Winners x2 (Adult & Youth): $5,000 Funding, or a $500 check.

Second Prize Winners x2 (Adult & Youth): $2,500 Funding or a $250 check.

Third Prize Winners x2 (Adult & Youth): $1,000 Funding or a $100 check.

Viewer’s Choice Winner x2 (Adult & Youth): $1000 Funding or a $100 check.

Excellence Awards x10: $100
Total $20,000 award
Based on the following 10 points system:

Inspirational and Uplifting Contents – 3 points

Storyline – 3 points

Creativity – 2 points

Production/Technical Skills – 2 points
Prizes will be awarded to the most popular entrance as selected by Viewer’s Choice and the first 30 entries will potentially receive funding for their project.
*This funding will be provided by Silicon Valley Community Media. The award ceremony in May, 2nd 2024 at HL Peninsula Restaurant, 136 Ranch Dr, Milpitas, CA 95035.
